For those of you who won't be able to make it to the Thanksgiving Retreat, make note of the special time and location change for Sunday Worship Service. We'll be meeting at 109 Center Hall at 7pm to give ample time for Jessica Chao to fly down from Berkeley to run Sunday service. Thank you, Jessica! Also, please note that there is no Thrive or Course 101 this Sunday. The LAST session will take place SATURDAY 11/19 from 12-2pm. We will keep you posted with updated info early next week.
WEDNESDAY 11/9, 8PM Bible Study @ 105 CENTER HALL Yes, that's right! No bible study this Friday....but we'll be having it on Wednesday instead because we'll be going up to Berkeley for the Thanksgiving Retreat this weekend! We will be having a short bible study on Wednesday from 8pm-9pm followed by prayer meeting. So make note of this time change! As mentioned before, Round 2 of Freshmen STEW-dy Hall (Stewsday + Study Hall) is happening this Tuesday. Please contact your lifegroup leader to see if your turn is up! Those who signed up for the Thanksgiving Retreat will be contacted this week regarding departure times and location. It'll be a weekend packed with sharings from other ministries and times of fun and fellowship. The retreat registration, food during the retreat and lodging for the 3 nights are FREE!!! We just ask that you chip in $25 for gas and bring some cash for the couple of meals we'll be having on the road trip and during our sightseeing time. Afterwards, we'll be having not only an overnighter on Friday, where we may be watching epic films like Lord of the Rings and enjoying some good snacks, but we'll also have a trip to LA for Korean BBQ lunch the following day!
